Potency of two Trichoderma harzianum isolates in liquid and solid organic formula for controlling bacterial wilt on tomato in the field

This research aimed to determine the potency of two Trichoderma harzianum isolates in solid and liquid organic formulas control bacterial wilt on growth yield tomato field. was carried out at Laboratory Plant Protection field Banteran Village, Sumbang Sub-District, Banyumas Regency altitude 600 m above sea level for four months. A randomized block design used with five replicates. The treatments were control, T. T10, T215, combination T10 + bactericide (a.i. 20% streptomycin sulfate). Variables observed pathosystem components (incubation period, infection rate, disease intensity, late populations antagonists), (plant height, plant fresh dry weight, root weight), (number fruits, fruit phenolic compounds analysis qualitatively. results showed that T215 effective suppress as 58.61%. treatment increase crop weight plants, roots, number fruits 38.86, 35.37, 51.67, 24.78, 37.41, 40.61, 53.22%, respectively.
